Choir

of the church. Every year the Choir presents a minimum of two Cantatas. The last one
was held in March 2008 during which time the choir performed, over the Holy Week, a
thirty-minute Easter musical called "In Christ Alone". Practices for the Christmas
Cantata 2008 has started from late September. A number of non-seasonal anthems are
also performed during the course of the year. The choir is looking for new members and
musicians.

The Worship Team and Choir
Worship, according to Webster’s dictionary, is defined as, extreme devotion; intense
love or admiration of any kind. At St. Bede's the object of our devotion is the person of
Jesus Christ. We gather weekly as a church to express our love corporately as we
worship Him together in spirit and in truth. The music ministry in the Church is
intended to aid and enhance the worship service. Starting September the worship
team has new plans to lead the congregation in praise and make the worship more
fulfilling. Musicians on the piano and guitar bring strength to the music ministry. This
team meets after the 10:30 am Sunday service to prepare for the following week.
